What material are your step and repeat banners made from?
Our banners are printed on high-quality, 13oz matte vinyl. This material is durable, water-resistant, and features a non-glare finish to ensure perfect photography without camera flash reflections.
How long does production and shipping take?
Standard production typically takes 1-2 business days after artwork approval. Shipping times vary by location, but we offer expedited options if you need your banner for a fast-approaching event.
Can I upload my own logo for a custom design?
Yes! You can upload one or multiple logos. Our design team will create a professional staggered pattern for your approval before we proceed to printing.
Do you provide the stands for the banners?
We offer both 'Banner Only' and 'Banner with Stand' packages. Our telescopic stands are adjustable and designed for easy assembly and transport.
What is your return policy for custom orders?
Since each banner is custom-printed with your specific branding, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.
How should I store my vinyl banner to avoid wrinkles?
To prevent permanent creasing, always roll your banner with the print side facing inward. Never fold your vinyl banner, as this can cause cracks in the ink and deep wrinkles that are difficult to remove.
